You have already gained some years of work experience within the creative world as a Recruiter (as headhunter or in-house) and you are looking for a place where you can use your communication and consulting skills, your strategic mind-set and your extensive network to step up and truly own it? designaffairs is currently seeking a bi-lingual Talent Acquisition Manager for Asia, based in the Shanghai studio. You will be joining a growing global Talent Acquisition team. You are fluent in Mandarin and English and you would like to work in the creative district of Shanghai, supporting a world-wide awarded strategic design consultancy with locations in China, Germany and the USA -then we would love to hear from you. You support the hiring unit from creating job descriptions to posting on the right channels, you are the first point of contact for all candidates and you assure a great candidate experience, which means you guarantee a short waiting time for candidates. As a born connector you contact talents online (social media) and offline (at events) for current roles, for freelance based opportunities and for future roles, to grow our talent network. You support the project teams when a freelancer is needed (from headhunting to contract drafting) and you assure the freelancer network is growing. You are leading the University Partner Program and support Marketing/PR with Employer Branding activities. You actively host talent related events, at designaffairs and at fairs/external events to attract talents from students and graduates to senior talent. Last but not least, you support talent management with onboarding and other activities. You will be working in an inspiring and fun studio, with supportive and international colleagues.
