Requirements

You have at least 4 years work experience in branding, consulting, planning or related industry strategy research. You passionate about all things brand and loves to design and craft new brand identities, and strategies that will resonate and allow business to drive their future growth and their capacity for innovation and sustainability. You have a demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of talents (researchers, strategists, Industrial designers, interaction designers etc.) to bring to life and to market the conception of a variety of experiences, products or services. 


You will responsible for developing new methodologies for developing compelling brand identities and strategies for clients. You will develop go-to-market strategies for the innovative products and services developed by our designers, take part to the analysis, creativity & strategy through relevant desk research and individual interviews, analysis and formalization of impactful messages, supervise or take charge of client proposals, attending pitch meetings and presentation meetings, organize the development of compelling case studies and newsletters (content/visuals) from completed projects, as well as relevant articles to promote marketing and branding research service, take control of the report quality and run final report to clients. 


We are specifically looking for people with a deep knowledge and experience of quantity and qualitative market research, user research, brand analysis, brand design, strategic frameworks and go to market strategies. We are interested in diverse backgrounds that could include; entrepreneurs, brand strategists, researchers, product managers, consultants – with solid practical experience of bringing offers to market. At your core you know that when you design a new brand for a business you are shaping and designing their strategy and future roadmap.
